Kyle and Mother
Kyle is growing up. He is not the little boy that used to spend the summer with us anymore. He is a young man now. Last night he had an antebellum dance at school. These are a few pictures from the night. He is such a handsome guy and I love the picture of him and Mother together. I am teary eyed looking at them and reminiscing of old times. I love you Kyle and wish that we could spend more time together.

Poppa
I received an email this morning with this picture attached. Poppa is really getting ready for vacation. Evidently he is wearing his swimming shorts around the house in anticipation of the big trip. I think he is as excited as Possum and Squirrel are! Only a few more weeks Poppa and we will be having fun "eating and sleeping" listening to the ocean waves!

Sick Squirrel
Squirrel woke up from her nap yesterday with a fever. As the day progressed she got worse. By bedtime her temperature was higher and she was obviously in pain. She wouldn't really tell us what was wrong though. This morning her temperature was very high and Joel and I quickly agreed that she needed to go to the doctor. After testing for several things it was decided that she has severe tonsillitis. She is a very needy girl when she is sick and so I have spent most of the day holding her. I pray that she will rest tonight.

Easter
We have had a wonderful Easter. The kids woke up this morning to their Easter baskets and we had a good breakfast. Then off to church where we had a wonderful service with one saved and several more decisions made. After church we came home to a great meal and then the kids hunted eggs again. Now everyone is resting until time to go back to church this evening.
